How do I get started?

Getting started is straightforward:

  2. Create your first workflow
  3. Use the visual editor to add and connect tasks
  4. Run or schedule your automation

If you’re new, we recommend starting with a simple workflow before moving to advanced features.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept cryptocurrency payments only.

Supported options may include major cryptocurrencies such as:

Is my data secure?

Are my spreadsheets stored in the cloud?

No. All spreadsheets are stored locally on your device.

  • It is not accessible from another device
  • You should export important data for backup

Can I share my workflows or templates?

Yes.

  • Make them public

What are proxies used for?

  • Enable headless mode (no browser UI)
  • Prevent system sleep
  • Use App Active mode to keep automations running while your screen is off

Why is my workflow not working?

Common reasons include:

  • Missing required fields (e.g., selectors)
  • Incorrect selectors
  • Tasks not properly connected
  • Invalid data format (especially for AI or spreadsheets)

Check each step of your workflow and test incrementally.

Do automations run automatically?

Only if configured.

You can:

Can I use Xenbox on multiple devices?

Yes, but note:

  • You may not see the same local data across devices

Do you support API access?
